Plazes Plugin
The Plazes Plugin receives your current location via the Plazes Web-API and adds a link to your current location to each post. you can also choose to add the city the entry has been posted from as a tag to your post. You need to have a free Plazes account and the Plazes launcher installed in order to be locatable.
