Supplemental Category Tags
For easy addition of next/prev in Category Archives. 1.3 Adds MTIfCategory and MTIfPrimaryCategory tags. 1.4 adds MTEntryAdditionalCategories, which lists all additional (not primary) categories. 1.5 adds NOT options.
