Adds two container tags that they give you the previous and next entries that are in the same category as the primary category of the current entry.

It looks like this plugin no longer works for version 4.3 and up.

It was calling mt.cgi to hang up and keep threads open. I had to get in contact with my host (Dreamhost) to close the threads so I would not got 500 Internal errors.

Man... that's a lot of typos in that comment.
