I bought the non commercial license of Visitor Stats Pro, but when I install it in my MT Pro 4.25 it breaks the dashboard, I don't see any widgets anymore. I emailed several times the author but got no answer. If the plugin does not work with certain versions of MT that should be clearly stated, I want my money back !!!

gi, Visitor Stats does work with MT 4.25, but you need to upgrade to the latest version. I have just sent you the latest version by email. Please feel free to contact me if you continue to have issue with the new version.

Looks like a great plug-in but does not seem to work with MT 5.01. After adding the <MTVisitorStatsTracker> tag to my header template I'm getting an undefined subroutine error:
Undefined subroutine &MT::Template::Context::hdlrentries called
Tried using the contact form on author's homepage mt-hacks.com but received no response.
Mark, if you're reading this please help or let me know how I can request a refund.

Thanks for the comment, Marcos.
Yes, the plugin does need to be updated for MT5 -- stayed tuned for an update in the coming weeks. Watch for an update on mt-hacks.com or follow @mthacks on Twitter.

Mark, I am looking forward to using this plugin with my MT5 site. However, I have not seen any update for it on mt-hacks.com.
If there are some simple code changes necessary to get the plugin to work with MT5 then please let me know and I can update the files.
If the changes are more complex and the plugin is not going to be updated in the next couple weeks then please issue me a refund. I will gladly purchase the plugin again once it is updated.

hanschuh123, yes I am alive! If you are asking about MT5 support for Visitor Stats, I haven't found the time to update it yet. The rest of May is very busy, but perhaps in June.
That said, I have received only a small handful of requests for MT5 support -- if others are interested, please reply in the comments here or on mt-hacks.com -- knowing that a lot of people want something can help me prioritize things better ;)

Mark, I really would like to have Visitor Stats upgraded for MT5. My users really liked the features "most read this week" and "most read this month" which I prominently displayed on the front page of my site. I am a pro users of v-stats now and would gladly pay an upgrade fee for MT5 support. Thanks.

I too would love VisitorStats to work in MT5 - I deliberately prosponed upgrading one complex MT instance to give time for plugins to be updated and decided to go whole hog tonight without checking plugin status. Oh well...

Hi Mark,
I would appreciate the new version of the visitor stats plugin. Even the current (new) one for mt 4.25.
I have tried contacting you several times via mt-hacks, but either you have missed the emails or have not received them.
Can you please send the new version (pro) to me if possible or contact me if needed :)

Amit, the plugin is not fully supported under MT5 -- but the problem you are having is with the template installer plugin (visitor stats uses it to install the templates). You can manually install the templates, which are located in /plugins/VisitorStats/default_templates. THe most important one is an index template called "Visitors Stats" with output file of "stats.php" --- the entire contents are <mt:VisitorStatsPHP> -- so you can easily create this one manually.
