The Custom Header plugin for Movable Type provides the ability for designers to specify with their template sets constraints for a custom header that this plugin will then allow users to easily replace with an image uploaded from their local computer.

Hi Amit, I looked at your site and I saw that you didn’t get the plugin working 100%. It fails to be responsive on mobile. Which, I think the reason might be that you didn’t follow all of the instructions. Make sure that you follow “all” of the instructions, and scroll down to the bottom of the page You will need to make some changes to your theme if you want it to be responsive. If you want to see a working version you can see it on my website, Rogue Love. It works both on desktop and mobile like it should. I hope that helps!
