SmsCoin v0.1

By smscoin
Posted August 24, 2010, in Web Services.

This is a plugin for one of the most powerful platforms that enables you to hide any part of your blog. New visitors to your site will see instructions to pay via SMS in order to access the content. The user then sends an SMS and receives a password, which must be entered on the page before access is granted. You decide how long each given password can be used (or for how many activations) via the settings on the SmsCoin website.

To use this plug-in you have to be registered on, validate your e-mail account and add the service sms:key. Registration and set-up are free of charge.

Implementation is easy: You add two tags to the page as follows: [smscoinkey] hidden content [/smscoinkey].

Movable Type versions: 4.3

This module for paid access to content is exactly what I needed! I love MT and I wanted to have this feature on my website for so long! Thank you very much!

That’s what I looking for (and even not only for MovableType). I wonder if I can implement this solution to another platforms…
