When using Movable Type with FastCGI, there are times when you might need to disable or enable a plugin, and the effects created by these actions cannot be seen until after the web server is restarted. With this plugin, if a plugin is enabled or disabled, the effects can be seen immediately, without needing to restart the web server first.
